The altitude’s character
Our highest estate, and one of the most elevated in southern Priorat. Right beside the importance Coll Major, the vine terraces scale a very steep slope that accentuates the thermal contrast during the final stage of maturation, giving the grape colour, depth and aroma.
Location:
south-eastern edge of the Priorat DOQ.
Altitude:
470 - 580 metres.
Orientation:
south eastern.
Varieties:
80 % grenache noir, 20 % mourvèdre.
Age of the vines:
planted in 1998.
